Welcome to Jannalee Physiotherapy

I would like to personally welcome you to Jannalee Physiotherapy and its blog.

About Me

For those who don’t know me; my name is Jannalee Edgar. I am a sports physiotherapist and the owner of Jannalee Physiotherapy. I absolutely love my job. I'm extremely passionate about helping people get better and living their best life. For that reason, one of missions it to help build a healthier community. I have been practicing for 10 years, have had my own practice for nearly 5 and just opened my own storefront in January, 2023.

I encourage my patients to achieve their goals through movement. This is one of the things about my job that brings me the most joy; watching clients achieve things that they felt were unachievable. Some of my favorite memories are watching patients beam with happiness because they are now able to go back to "normal life".

One of my other joys is working with a variety of sports teams. I'm currently active in Yorkton with hockey, football, and gymnastics. I also work closely with the members of CrossFit Function. On top of owning my own business, I am currently working on achieving my sports diploma with the goal of becoming a physiotherapist at the 2032 Olympics.

Knowledge is Power

As I mentioned earlier, I love my job; which means I love talking about physiotherapy. I welcome questions to facilitate discussion and help people understand. Knowledge is power.

This blog is a safe place to ask questions. I admit, I don't have all the answers, but I will do my best to answer them. Belittlement or aggressive language will not be tolerated in the comments section and will be removed immediately.

I can't wait to share my knowledge with you all. I hope that you all enjoy what I'm going to be sharing and that you find it useful.
