What is kinesiology?

Kinesiology is the science of human movement put to work for you. A Kinesiologist uses exercise, movement coaching, and progressive programming to build strength, mobility, and balance — bridging the gap between "out of pain" and "back to full strength."

Where physiotherapy often starts with treating pain and injury, kinesiology picks up the thread and keeps building. Think of it this way: physiotherapy gets the engine running again; kinesiology makes sure it can go the distance. We call our approach Movement Mechanics — coaching your body to move well, on purpose.

What to expect at your first session

We start by getting to know your body and your goals — what you want to do, what's been getting in the way, and where you're starting from. Your Kinesiologist will take you through some movement and strength work to see how you move, then build a program that meets you exactly where you are.

From there it's coaching: you move, we adjust, and the program grows with you. Age is just a number — we'll modify, not stop.
