Pelvic Health & Core Support in Yorkton, Saskatchewan
Leaking when you sneeze, pressure, or trying to find your core again after baby — it's common, but it doesn't have to be your normal. Our pelvic health and core support, part of The Girls Club, meets you with zero judgment.
What is pelvic health & core support?
This is education and movement-based support for your pelvic floor and core — the muscles involved in the things nobody likes to talk about, like bladder control, pressure, and rebuilding after baby. It's offered by a trained member of our team through The Girls Club, our women's health side of care. So many people quietly put up with symptoms because they think it's just part of having kids or getting older. It's common, sure — but common doesn't mean you have to live with it.
This is supportive, coaching-style care — not a substitute for medical assessment. If we think you'd be better served by your doctor or a pelvic floor physiotherapist, we'll tell you straight and help you find the right person.
What it can help with
Our pelvic health and core support is here for things like:
- Leaking with sneezing, coughing, laughing, or exercise
- A feeling of pressure or heaviness
- Reconnecting with your core after pregnancy and birth
- Feeling unsure or unconfident about your core and floor
- Getting back to running, lifting, and the gym with confidence
How we can help
It's private, respectful, and paced entirely to you. We'll explain things in plain language and build a simple plan that fits your life and your comfort level — including our Heal and Seal program. No judgment, ever.
What to expect at your first visit
It starts with a conversation — a bit like a coffee date for your body. We'll talk through your history and your goals, and walk you through what's involved before anything happens. You're always in control of the pace.
It's common — but it doesn't have to be your normal
